From South (Harrison, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Bronx, etc)
 95 North to Exit 19 - Right off exit - Immediate right onto Playland Pkwy Access Rd. - first right onto Theodore Fremd Ave. office is about 500 feet past the 2nd traffic light; about 1/4 mile total.
Hutchinson Pkwy to Exit 25 (North St.) - Right off of Exit - Go along on North St. - At St. Vincent's Hospital is light where need to bear left - go short distance and make left onto Locust Avenue - go to traffic light and make right onto Theodore Fremd - office is 1 block down on left corner.
Rt. 1 (Post Rd.) north - pass Rye High on right - 2 blocks down make left onto Orchard St. - office will be 2 blocks down on left corner
Take Halstead Ave, in Harrison north and it changes to Theodore Fremd Ave., in Rye - office is on right corner of Theodore Fremd and Orchard
From North (Port Chester, Rye Brook, Greenwich, etc)
95 South to Exit 19 - take very first right, and another quick right onto Playland Access Rd. - take right at light onto Theodore Fremd Ave. - office is about 500 feet past the 2nd traffic light; about 1/4 mile total.

Ridge St. south to Purchase St. - just after passing under train bridge, make right at light onto Theodore Fremd Ave. - office is 2 blocks down on the left corner of Theodore Fremd and Orchard.
From West (White Plains, Hartsdale, Tarrytown, etc.)
287 East to Exit 11 - right off of Exit onto Rt. 1 (Post Rd.) - straight on Rt. 1 and bear right at next intersection - just past Citibank on left - make right onto Orchard - office is 2 blocks down on left corner of Theodore Fremd and Orchard.
From North Ave. in White Plains - take North Ave. toward Rye/Harrison; at St. Vincent's Hospital make left at light - go short distance and make left onto Locust Ave. - go to first light and make right onto Theodore Fremd - office is 1 block down on left - on corner of Theodore Fremd and Orchard.
